Given the range of AGAINST 45.75%-56.20% definately a win for MCT. MCT hold approx 32% in NME so there are at least approx 14% on the against side still twiddling their thumbs whom havnt taken up the MCT offer. Wont be long for say another 4.25% to make its way across and 50%+ controlling factor MCT favour. As to expect MCT to increase their TO offer highly unlikely given the additional spend MCT have now incurred (as per NME declining to/and or able to contribute any further funds into the JV). I agree, dont expect to see any further drilling data or MRE given the failure to contribute to the said JV.
