I would have thought VTX would be worth more than backing Ziptel in terms of "owning" the compression/optimisation technology. (I hold ZIPO) but good news for everyone involved.
If you bought VTX you basically buy what gives ZipT an advantage over Skype, that's how I see it anyway.
