Just over a 1M in rev for the entire year? Rev is also half of what it was a year ago and they took a 1.2M loss on top of it.
The data centre did not even generate half a mil in rev and they bought it 2.5 years ago.
Cloud services rev is not even 350k. They only added 300k or so of contract value in the last 12 months from the looks of it. I know small MSP's that do more than this just reselling Microsoft licenses and anti virus.
It looks like they needed to raise debt using convertible notes just to survive through to the IPO. Yet the market values this company at $35M.
What am I missing here?
