Since Taurean's clarification, the case for getting rid of James got a lot more difficult. Say we have a second strike, which based on the epic size of the first strike I feel is likely, that's just the beginning. We then need new candidates nominated for board members and have to vote those in to replace the old. We would need enough change and enough of the old loyalists removed to have a chance of outsing James, the founder's nephew.
