Wow! this is awesome to see IMU extending the trial to collect even more patient data, LC did state that they were looking to increase the cohorts in an interview a few weeks back (sorry cant for the life of me find it). Although it would be nice to end the trial and start a Phase 2, demonstrating how far we can push CF33 before we start to see DLT's is a vital step before progressing. Having said that we shouldn't be surprised that we haven't seen any toxicity yet as during clinical trialing with mice we were able to push it yet another log before seeing any ill effects (10^9 or 1bn). That being said we should be able to dose well past that given the facts that humans are roughly 2500 times that size of nice.Could we see Imugene push it a another few logs....... I guess we will see......

It's also awesome to see the IV arm still continuing, as stated above if we weren't seeing any positive effects then the IV arm would have been stopped as there would have been no sense in continuing. So what we have here is CF33 a "Cancer killing virus" safety escalating the dose higher once again through IV admissions. Imagine going in for treatment of solid tumors, you go in to your local hospital, get hooked up to an IV drip, sit back and watch your favorite tv show while CF33 goes to work searching out the cancer and killing it with relatively low levels off discomfort. The results are you have either eradication of the tumors or tumors that have been killed and need surgery to remove them.
