hey@Graniel , if you read pages of updated prospectus pages 26-28 etc it shows the board changes etc.My understanding is that Mr Mondello is the only director that will be staying from Ziptel. The board and mangement of the new company have solid credentials IMO(all there in the prospectus) however can understand your skepticism due to past. However its a new company now, yes still a risk but I feel the team that is driving it have the credentials to pull it off but thats the risk side and thats why we all dabble in this end of town, high risk and sometimes high reward IMO.
