Yes the machine works but if it was a proven viable commercial product/service there would be substantial commercial contracts and revenue...and there isn't.
The financial transactions you refer to are negligible.
Lets see if the new version can close the gap in whatever the issue is in gaining commercial viability.
it would be nice if the company would throw us a bone as to what that gap is and how they propose to bridge it.
