Well, CRE is only back to where it was a few weeks ago, and we stopped speaking of it. It's nice to have it back on the agenda. Gold is up, CRE is maybe getting some interest again.

Re a positive ANN on Monday, well, it's not unheard of for people to ring a company and ask them what is coming up- I see it all over HC. If management said it was a good ANN, that is not so price sensitive that anyone should worry. I myself have rung a company about an ANN, and they said, "Don't worry- it's nothing bad", leading me to think it was good. The word "positive" is not going ot kill us.

Reflex, if it is a bad ANN or no ANN, we might have to have a long talk. ;) Until then, CRE is having a bit of interest- that is very good news in itself. The market always knows things anyway- not just us.
