Whilst I admire your sentiments and share your frustration, I fear you are barking up the wrong tree.

Algorithmic trading systems are not illegal (although they damn well should be) so the ASX will not do anything to prevent them. If you think about it, why should they? ASX is a public company and they earn damn good money from the millions of little trades that the bots make every day.

You could try complaining to ASIC, but i tried that some time ago and got a pretty useless response from them too. (sigh)
