Pretty even-handed offer from Waislitz... respect to the man. I've seen a LOT worse for companies in similar situations.

12% might seem a hefty rate, but it's unsecured & repayable at full term. So TIGA need to be compensated for that risk. As EDDY says, the fee options are at a premium. So TIGA are obviously comfortable with operational progress and expect the stock to do well.

Let's see what the Half Year says. Either it's growing strongly again, and the stock will go brrr. Or it needs another 1-2 Q's to engage more 1099s, and the stock will go down/nowhere.

On balance, I'm leaning towards the second scenario. I think they'd have done the loan facility after results, if results were brilliant. But either way, I'm fairly relaxed. This should work out pretty well IMO.

RoadRunner clearly wishes he had bought more at A$0.2, but if he's patient he may get it. No need to make silly statements. This is a very different company today than 1-2 years ago.
