okay besides that crime against the English language, I can't really explain why the other ones have increased to the extent they have. The only one I know of those is SPT which has come down over 50% from its high.
I can't really say where it will stabilise, or if it will at all, but current valuations are very hard to justify based on less than a year of sales data, and astronomically high ratios
