Why did they take so long to announce the downgrade? They knew it wasn't achievable weeks ago.
Would have been better dropping this news at same time as the last disappointing quarterly.
And why not raise capital now, when everyone knows you are going to need more.
They even highlight this themselves by calling out that they are going to need access to the $5m loan facility.
IV isn't proving to be any better as a leader of a public company than Judith.
And the product just doesn't appear to be generating the required, or expected traction that a lot thought it would.
Shouldn't it be easy to convince a Surgeon / Hospital that no infections is a better outcome?
