Great science with terrific potential.
It all came apart with the 3M distribution agreement where all the money from the initial raise was just allocated to a bad model and was in the hole ever since.
The science used in the TBH skincare cream is going gangbusters from what I heard so I think the acquiring party knows they have upside in the multibillion dollar skin care consumer segment which is really smart if they execute the right model.
So after all costs the return to shareholders is 15.56c/share....
