Well you can thank Judith Mitchell and her totally incompetent and misaligned board for this disaster. They should have always gone down the drug Pharma clinical pathway instead they stuck with an OTC business model at $200 an ounce and the rest is history. Embarrassing and sad on every level and shareholder rode all the way to the bitter end. The Zimmer deal didn’t help either as it was a one-way street just for Zimmer and delivered really no profit back to Next Science. Just amazing the level of incompetence that was displayed here. The board fell for the J&J background that Judith Mitchell supposedly brought to the table… Well that bloody worked out well didn’t it? She didn’t have a clue what she was doing from the start to the finish. Sorry a lot of you lost all of your money in this debacle, but I have been on record for years that this was all a Shell game. Let’s hope the new owners can do something with the technology once they flush out all the bad actors that are still hanging on for a paycheck.
