It wont be a multi-million dollar contract.

It will be a supplier agreement with pricing per unit of volume with discounts for quantity. The initial contracted quantity or value will be zero. The customer then orders off the agreement, initially in small quantities through proofing up, then largely quantities as they scale. Accordingly, discounts kick in. Whether the discounts are based on order quantity or cumulative order quantity over a period is a matter between the parties. You would only see an announcement if there was an upfront quantity discount based on a minimum committed starting volume.

It reflects the same model as Alexium has with its raw material suppliers, with volume dicounts coming in according to quantity of raw materials purchased. Its how the business works. One way of understanding if the volume going out the door is definitely increasing is to see we are getting higher volume discounts on our inputs as well.
