It's the first I've heard of any suggestion of India potentially signing up to a government sponsored programme.
I think the possibility in China was flagged by Polartechnics in the early days of the China deal, as a future possibility, but the India one is new to me.
Was it word-of-mouth, from forums, or otherwise?

p.p.s. nice to see that Robert Hunter managed to take advantage of the market price (av. 12c) for his next top-up. The directors were very noble and saved us a bit when they picked up > 1M shares at 19c when the SP was 10c-12c previously.
