Just curious, could someone tell me whether FDL was awaiting an announcement prior to it increasing 800% in 1 day or did the announcement come out of the blue.Unfotunatley I wasn't following the FDL's movement until after the massive increase.

I am just wondering if there was as much hype about FDL/FMS before it flew,was it similar to all the speculation leading up to this CFR announcement?
