It doesn’t matter which company or which
industry should in this day and age any
staff of a long period become stale. It is
only human nature. Mundane going through
the motions. Some Senior hugely overpaid.
Many of these people can be replaced for
60-70% less money and have far more
enthusiastic and ambitious productivity. Quite
often Bosses retain YES people as it secures
their own. This Secretive non disclosure attitude
of Mayne seems par for the course last 5-6 years.
A little more transparency would go a long way
to improving shareholders confidence and share
price. It is more like a Club for invited members
only atm.
