re: Ann: Nexus 2012 Annual General Meeting Pr... Very nice i especially like the part where they state that they have had serious interest in "part" and "all" of NXS's interest in CRUX and will do what they think will create the most shareholder value.
Also good to hear they will Exercies the SHELL option to pay down the debt that is due in Jan 2013.
Im glad the debt is due in JAN 2013 as it puts a bit of a deadline on the table to anyone wanting to make an offer for the whole 17% of CRUX others wise it will be 15% if we exersice the 2% option for $75 million.
Things will start to get very interesting in the next couple months.
