re: Ann: Nexus 2012 Annual General Meeting Pr... Sounds like the new management know what a shareholder is. Throughout the presentation they keep mentioning about providing value to shareholders.
Reducing administion overheads is certainly a postive signal that they are serious. The previous management were certainly only in it for themselves.
Also reducing debt levels shows that have common sense. They make good money each quarter from Longtom but lose it all (and more) on interest payments and administration costs. If they reduce debt levels (hence interest repayments) and administration costs they may actually start to increase their cash balance each quarter.
Time will tell but NXS looks promising for the first time in years.
