This is negative news. Fact. We shareholders of course would prefer it did not exist. Why? Because there is a chance it will result in a loss of shareholder value. How likely and how much? These ARE unknowns. All of you folk who claim to "know" how it will pan out (positive or negative) should temper yourviews in my opinion. The lawyers will find ways of making this very complicated and make the simplistic views on "the" outcome here look naive.
I hope for a positive outcome but do not pretend to know the result. Haven't read the contract and do not understand the contract law under which that contract sits.
