Interesting news.
I'm not sure I like the 8.4c but it is at an 11% premium to the 30 day VWAP and one would imagine they will go to sticky hands.
What i do like is:

Transaction facilitates access to Saracen’s regional infrastructure and haul road network



I also like that the options are priced at just over twice the price the shares are being issued at and that ASX:SAR is building on its existing relationship with NXM.

Wonder when we will hear about the follow up drilling at G5 and G6?  Can't be far away.
