Not sure where Robbo is getting his bench mark numbers from.
But here is my substantiation of the $60/oz peer average number and I was being generous as this average is heavily skewed by BGL, GMD & DEG's high valuations. Refer below. If you exclude those 3, the peer average is much much lower, but it's ignore that for now.
The below peers have much larger resource bases which nearly all of them have over 1Moz with genuine upside potential. that is multiple step changes above NXM.
NXM has a small 175koz resource. 175koz x $60/oz =$10.5mil. Again, keep in mind that I'm being generous with the $60/oz average when in reality it is much lower. Therefore, NXM currently is overvalued.
The biggest risk now for NXM is that with only $6mil cash remaining, they are under some serious pressure to release a much improved resource upgrade and if they fail to hit the lower range of the resource estimate target then it would be game over.
