This in no normal party with the same interests as shareholders. As a previous party has suggested! Look at the past deals that YA global have been involved in. I would much rather see the company place stock with alligned persons or parties like TLM, not a super geared Hfund who will be short selling before delivery to ensure cheap entry for themselves...
Have a look at the YA GLOBAL WEBSITE, interviews are interesting and history the deals even more so!.
