For example, it gives PEK negotiating power on the 50% shenghe equity purchase
Or can also eventuate into a real debt package covering the funding needs of the asset.
The market see's it down because it simply doesnt know the value of PEK , LYC also down so this low volume stuff carries in here.
Doesnt mean this isnt attributing more of the NPV back into the share price due to de-risking.
A big positive even if late
