I agree and disagree.
To wit - small coy. with buckets of potential but current directors have reached their optimum level of competence.
What is transpiring and what has transpired clearly says to me - time to ramp up the expertise.
Those who got us to where PEK is now will not take us where we want to go!!! No dishonour in that - but plenty of dishonour if current directors who know they are out of their depth belligerently remain in the role.
I say again - if this board need coaching - get rid of them. We need experienced talent now to take us to the next level.
The next motion at next board meeting - "if we need to grow with the right people in place are we equipped to do it. If the answer is (should be) NO - then for shareholder interest - we stand aside and import the right people:!!!
Perform or move aside.
