If you and your company had just discovered a world class and highly mega valued resource of whatever, initially i would say yes just as i have done with PEK.
If you as the chairman or ceo of that company CONTINUALLY made errors of judgement in bringing that resource to the market i would support your removal. I have a very close friend who spent 18 years as finance director of one of Australias leading public companies. He was sent to school, he was coached, he with the other executives lead that company to huge and continueing success.
If PEK as they indicated in todays announcement shore up the register with institutions and maybe a cornerstone investor they will soon remove the board if they continually cock up. Thats the good thing about getting clout onto the register.
Ludba and i do appreciate your concerns but i think the current board needs a little bit more time to prove their worth.
