When Noreen posted about Nero, I thought she was posting about "Nero" Stevens from the RBA, but alas no.
Just when things were looking brighter after 2 rate cuts he and his mates pulled the pin on that strategy - and why? No-one knows; and yet still they dither and now to make matters worse Wayne still wants an impossible surplus. Well Treasury well and truly stuffed up on its predicted income a year ago didn't it, when Jack and Jill Coalface could have told it free of charge that things were crook: that income tax , cgt etc would be down.
We are poorly serviced up top - and please take that as an apolitical comment.
