What if the Tanzanian Cabinet defer their decision on the basis of some esoteric condition and send it off to yet another bureaucracy for review? Or even worse, they establish a mining moratorium in that region of Tanzania, just like the Greens, as part of the Government, have managed to do with OGC in New Zealand? What appears to you and me as reason does not always apply in the realm of politics.
Probably PEK could bring a legal review but where do you think that would end up in a country like Tanzania?

I certainly hope nothing like this does happen but the old adage about not counting your chickens until they hatch is time proven and worthy of consideration.
