Bids at open rarely mean a great deal. What's the offer depth? If it's more than 400,000 at 6.6c, that 7c bid will be filled at 6.6c, not 7c (unless more people come in to take up shares at, or above, 7c). There's also the possibility that the bid will be withdrawn before open.
Have a look at how the opening and closing prices are calculated for more detail; the information is on the ASX website. (somewhere - can't find it quickly, but I know it's there.)
