The thing that bothers me the most at the moment is - who is going to buy the product? From what I understand of the market (and please, feel free to shoot me down in flames if I'm wrong), it's not like iron, coal, gold, copper, and so forth, where the materials are heavily traded commodities, and hence easily sold on the general market; I'm reasonably sure that the customers for rare earth materials are fairly thin on the ground.

Does anybody have in depth knowledge of how rare earth materials are bought and sold? Does Peak have to find a specific buyer, or is there a reasonable prospect of the product being made available on the general market and bought from there?

I'm not sure just how the company is going to find four hundred million bucks from the shareholders at the moment if a CI isn't forthcoming; it's a huge amount to be asking for a company with such a small capital value. More likely, I suspect, would be a bank loan, but that bank loan isn't going to happen without a solid indication that it can be repaid without recourse to shareholders (which would mean the PFS and, probably, the DFS need to be completed first.)

Just random thoughts, please feel free to argue - I'd welcome broadening my knowledge in this area.
