    Thanks for translation. Sounds like bureaucratese if you ask me. My translation into plain English is "Major mining applications will be approved by the Cabinet".

    Sounds like an excellent approach to ensure political and "special interest" interference and delays unless enough "beneficial interest" has been shown by investors, if you ask me.
