We are the purchasers, not the sellers. It's not an offtake.

They won't do a full signed contract till Final Investment Decision but it's a deal with a company to construct the sequestration pipeline.

It's another big step in putting this project together.

Land in great position to construct the Ammonia plant...... tick
Gas deal with Chevron....... tick
Sequstration delivery pipeline...... tick
Sequestration supplier....... negotiations proceeding
Gas supply delivery pipeline........ negotiations proceeding
Major offtake partner....... negotiations proceeding.
