No riskky, Woodside do not waste their time on these, ever!

NH3 have been working with Woodside to announce this agreement for quite a few months & it's not just Woodside involved.

The Angel CCS Joint Venture comprises Woodside, BP, Chevron, Shell & Mitsubishi & Mitsui. Some of the largest major oil & gas companies in the world & they do not mess around with projects & customers that are wasting their time.

They have done their due diligence on the project, it's staff, it's aims, it's substantial pre-feed work & completion & are impressed enough to go ahead
with NH3 as a large customer for their carbon sequestration project.

It's a big deal whether you or 2nd like it or not.

It completes the whole jigsaw puzzle that Charles, Stephen & their team have envisioned & worked on now for approx. 2 years.

They have the gas input, the port facility, the water access, the plant site area where the ammonia plant will be constructed, the pipeline partners for gas
delivery to & CCS product from the plant.

To get all this achieved, working as a small company with these major multi nationals has been a huge task & is a magnificent achievement for the whole NH3 team & it's shareholders.

The worth of this effort & the quality of the work was shown to all potential customers, suppliers & strategic partners in the recent company dataroom & the fruits of this major achievement will soon be shown.

NH3 now has the product.

Next comes the customers for offtake, funders for the Feed entry & governments for active & financial support for a multi billion dollar project.
