I hope the NEC board answers some (or all) of them.
Are the directors really giving themselves options at $1.14.
That would seem like ripping off the shareholders (of NEC) BIG TIME, if the independant expert has valued the SP so MUCH higher.
Daylight robbery, I reckon.
Why did they issue shares @ $1.41 to Xinyang Iron, wasnt this way undervalued ??
