I think if pyc were daft enough to give them a year to evaluate with absolutely no commitment then why would yhey do so a day earlier. Keep testing testing testing and tight up to the last day it is either in testing or production. In reality you can alnost guarantee that being big pharma they will not even give an answer on the last day. Most likely " were not ready yet, what are you going to do about it??"
No competition for the material supplied so no pressure?
In reality all these potential milestone deals are a crock, it either gets commercialised in 1 oit of 10 cases, or you get pretty much nothing.
Being large pharma there is no chance of anything being commercialised with this deal in just a year. I think we will be lucky to even get an answer in dec just to show us whos boss. Will be interesting to see how new management handles that.
