William, fully agree with your summary and I concur with your thoughts on the potential scale of HP phases 3 commitment based on their spend to date, which will be significantly higher than the declared payments made to Nuheara.

I had hoped HP's plan were to release a Nuheara engineered bud pre Christmas, but as time has past, I just don't see it and I now expect the release to take place at January's virtual CES with a March rollout.

Interested to hear others thoughts and predictions as a pre Christmas release would be most welcome. Fully except im very bullish on apurchase order materialising.
