Reacting well? right.... that's why we're still at 2.9 cents after all the announcements.
The cap raise was done at the wrong time and just made everything a massive uphill battle.
No doubt it'll rise in time but at the moment it's just been going in circles and will keep doing so till it breaks out then its game on.
