A totally bad deal for NHF with a total lack of information of the Agreement with NZ AA. Under a few scenarios, this could lead to losses for NHF based on the terms and conditions which have not been disclosed. Poor corporate governance, no wonder the ALP with Mark's brother in the Cabinet or shadow Cabinet proposed/ propose to do nothing about governance, risk and compliance.
BP and CTX got a much better deal compared with NHF see below:
