Don't panic. NIB proved to me they are very capable of getting rid of those that claim too much. From my own experience, NIB were very good at getting rid of us- following an unexpected illness/ high claim year- so maybe they do that all the time. i.e. When renewal comes around, they bump up the premium significantly on those they think will continue to be high claimants to move them off their books. Our increase was 22%, (the approved rate increase at the time was something like 8%). Of course, we moved immediately.
