Carlos Alberto Fernicola - B.Com, FCA, F Fin, FCIS, FCSANon-Executive ChairmanCarlos is the Principal of Carlos Fernicola & Co., Chartered Accountants. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australia. He has over 30 years of experience in accounting, taxation, audit and the financial services industry. Carlos was appointed a Non-Executive Director on 25 August 2014 and succeeded Mr Horton as Chairman of the company.Peter Henry Hwang - B.Sc. (Hons), LLBManaging DirectorPeter is a qualified geologist and lawyer and previously worked as a solicitor specialising in resources and native title law with a national law firm. He has extensive experience in advising on the development of mining and major infrastructure projects as well as resources mergers and acquisitions and public company floats. As a solicitor he developed a focus on and extensive network in the resources industry between Australia and China. Prior to his legal career, Mr Hwang spent over five years as a diamond exploration geologist in Australia and subsequently consulted to various companies on diamond and gold exploration projects in South America.Kenneth James Harvey - M.Sc., Dip. Throughout his career he has held numerous management positions within the minerals industry. He has previously operated his own consulting company, KJ Harvey and Associates Pty Ltd.
