Did you get a chance to look through the agreement? Looks pretty reasonable to me. Yield of almost 7%.
Couldn't quite work out why nick scali (i.e. Us as shareholders) recommended amendments to the draft by lmw which resulted in an increase valuation of 1 mil.
Also are they being ambitious counting on debt at 3.5%? I suppose with 50% equity in the building that might be possible.
