I agree but I also think that if Scali cons was selling to someone else they too would have waited for NCK to sign a new lease, and then sold. So I think selling pre the lease would be unrealistic.
My feeling with these matters is there is a conflict of interest any way you look at it but at least after the transaction that will be gone.
Any other properties owned by Scali Cons?
