The bit about reducing acid forming waste has got to be an environmental spin.
The whole thing is full of carbonates. I bet anything the waste material overall has a Ph>7 when pulped.
Yes, they grab the sulphides but that's to grab the Sn and Cu.
Still any publicity is good publicity and it was well done.
