Correction. I didn't know the requirements to be a "sophisticated investor" had been watered down so much.
I would be one.
In the end, I don't want to be some def'n of "sophisticated investor" by ASIC.
I want to make money in investment, despite the foibles (weaknesses of the market and it's regulator).
Same for my smartest client. He said - I paraphrase, "That term is usually a trap, for people selling you something they can't sell to others".
(He actually is/was a very savvy investor).
All IMVHO.
