But you should be able to do all this via the automic website. You need to register first and log-in, then select “Documents & Statements”, then “Other Documents” and you should see the option exercise form to download. Complete the form and send to the email as nominated on the form.

Any questions, you need to ring (don't email) ARN's lazy company secretary. It's absolutely disgraceful the email response they gave you. For one, they shouldn't be giving you financial advice because they're not licensed to do so. They're not licensed to advise you whether or not you should exercise your options. They can only give you the facts eg ARN's shareprice and the option exercise price etc.

Thanks for your reply.
The problem is that I am registered with Automic for long time, and can clear see the ARNO from my profile, but there is no form for options exections showing to me , when I am going to documents-" Öther"
There are some other form for option execution from other companies (so I am in a right spot), but not from ARN for unknown me reason.
So I don't know neiter bank, nor bpay details, If I will decide to execute. It's why I am asking them for form. Also form is formal document, and I really prefer to see bank and bpay details from formal form from formal register, riher then somebody unknown to me will email me some account details, which I ma unable to verify
