The drilling timing is not exact but drilling is inevitable at some point soon.

Given Regency Mines recently increased their holdings I am betting they are getting ready for something big.

I would prefer to top up at these low levels than wait nearer to the drilling starts at which point the share price will be at least 1 cent and over in my opinion.
