From what I understand, DW was associated with Lithex just before these tenements were sold to Sol Jar at the end of last year and now DW is a Director of MEU who has now secured the option to buy these tenements back from Sol Jar. The question is why? Why are we moving focus from exploration in SA to these tenements in WA? Has MEU done this at the recommendation of DW due to past association or knowledge of these tenements? I could not find any information on Sol Jar anywhere on the net. Anyone know who owns or has interests in this company? I would like to understand how this move in the interests of shareholders?
