directors have to disclose when buying and selling it is law, if you think that of the directors why buy into the company ?
investing a $1000 into a company and complaining like you have invested $100,000. you can always sell and let the rest of us wait for results and be positive.
why would directors want to sell out in one go ? first who is going to buy $9 mil of shares in 1 go on the open market, bill gates ! Elon musk !
