IMHO Great (not) to see management & co putting themselves first.
With +/- 75% of 4000 shareholders holding <$500 of share at current prices, and amount of inside buying (& convienient match up & timing of big sellers with big buyers over the last month or so) I could see a raise and this raise as pro rata one.
But main reason for post is it will be interesting to see how the amount of small holders subscribe & how much the lead ends up with & timing & knowledge of the offload when it happens.
